What does this mean for Mobile Banking?

First and foremost, you will need to delete our old ESB app for the iPhone and Android phones as well as update the ESB short code you have stored in your phone it is currently 79022, it will be replaced with 89549.

ESB is going to provide you with a more stable, up to date, user friendly Mobile Banking experience.  You’ve asked for a system that is updated more often and is available when you want to use it.  That is what you’ll be getting after this upgrade.

You want to text us?

First, you will need to re-enroll your phone. You’ll do this through the new eBanking page that we’ll have ready for you on Monday, June 3rd. You click on "My Profile", then Click "Mobile Settings", then click "Text Mobile Settings" and fill in the information. This screenshot shows you exactly what to click on.

You want to use the Mobile Website?

First, you will need to re-enroll your phone. You click on "My Profile", then Click "Mobile Settings", then click "Web Mobile Settings" and fill in the information. This will allow your phone to be activated to use the mobile website, but does not activate your phone to use text banking. See the instructions for it above.

How do I get my ESB App working again? / It's asking for an activation code!

We're currently waiting on the Android and iPhone app to be approved, we'll post a notice on our website when those are available (they should be finished very soon). If you have an app downloaded on your smartphone right now, it's the wrong one. You need to delete it, because it's setup to use our old eBanking service. You’ll still be able to use text banking with our NEW short code (89549) after you've re-enrolled. You can also visit our mobile website, www.esbtogo.com after enrolling in the mobile web.  The mobile website will allow you all the same functions as our downloadable app such as account balance inquiry, history, transfers, and bill pay.
