Document Imaging Specialist - Part Time

Overview

Responsible for the digital imaging and retention of the Bank's documents.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year experience in lending preferred.
  • Must have excellent PC skills, especially with scanning.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Responsible for preparing documents for scanning which includes removing staples, sorting various types of documents, and reviewing documents for necessary index values.
  • Responsible for scanning documents and indexing the documents.
  • Adhering to retention requirements of various documents.
  • Retrieves and reviews the digital images for quality and accuracy.
  • Responsible for filing and retaining hard documents as necessary.
  • Responsible for setting up collateral tracking.
  • Ensure time critical items are being complete before deadlines.

Assistant to the HMDA Officer

Overview

Assist the HMDA Officer with everyday HMDA duties

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial or residential real estate lending, audit and/or compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Desire and ability to learn and understand complex new topics.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Works well independently and with a team.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred experience using LaserPro and/or MortgageBot.
Responsibilities

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Regulation C and its ongoing changes particularly knowledge of which transactions fall under the reporting guidelines for the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.
  • Audit files for HMDA accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate with Loan Officers and Processors for data integrity.
  • Create and pull reports for reconciling potential HMDA transactions from Loan Origination Software and Core Software.
  • Help with implementation of compliance related actions, including processes and procedures.
  • Assist with documentation for denied real estate loan applications.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
